In the early stages of human life, the embryonic membrane is the boundary between bodies and the world, and inside is the place where energies are transferred. Caressed by the World uses a model to simulate the embryonic membrane, offering people an opportunity to reconnect with the world within these complex contemporary relationships, allowing them the space to accept emotions and potentially, to be healed. In the meantime, the artist has done some sensory experiments to connect with the world: the series of Sensory Diaries describes an intimate moment where the words become drawings in space, representing the sounds, movements and sense of smell of the inhabitants in a shared domestic scene at a given moment in time; the History records and compares the artist's trajectory in the internet world and the real world in the form of a browser history.
