FAMILY TIME ING
I created a relaxing mechanism to facilitate virtual interaction among distanced family members, users can visit AR museums together, consult with psychological experts in natural scenes and generate family journaling. This app has two versions designed for adult children and elderly parents, the parents version is easier to read and interact.

WHAT WE FOUND
Nowadays, more and more young people are leaving their parents to study or work. Due to the lack of communication time and different perceptions, there is a certain generation gap and conflict between family members.
WHERE OUR PRODUCT STANDS... AMONG SIMILAR APPS
Family Time ING is a great app for family bonding, but there are many similar ones. Most competitors focus on cooperative gaming for family unity. I chose not to follow this path for 3 reasons:
- Not all family members find gaming relaxing, especially elder parents;
- Entertainment doesn't solve all issues; some prefer professional psychological help;
- The value lies in communication, exploration, and learning during family interactions, surpassing the importance of the game itself.

Parents Version Improvement 1
Taking user feedback into account, I crafted a version tailored for older users. As aging leads to reduced visual acuity and the yellowing and clouding of eye lenses, causing selective blue light absorption, the parent version features larger fonts and icons, employs more contrasting colors, and steers clear of blue hues. Additionally, I introduced a text-to-speech feature to assist elderly users in obtaining information through both auditory and visual channels, enhancing accessibility.

Parents Version Improvement 2
Due to a decline in the elderly's tactile perception, I revamped the Journaling section by swapping crowded calendar icons with images. This adjustment ensures larger touch targets, enhancing the accuracy and speed of clicks for the elderly.
