Despite modern 2D design trends favoring flat or minimalist styles, skeuomorphism remains pertinent in VR. The challenge is to ensure users recognize the hammer while maintaining the desired artistic style. Previous versions may have been too avant-garde, hindering user understanding. Striking a balance between familiarity and aesthetics is critical in the design process.

Improvement

I used AI to design some versions, the hammer is very realistic at the beginning, and it will be upgraded as users learn more about the game, adding more futuristic designs.
